| 摘 要： | 目的了解主动脉夹层的临床诊断情况。方法对我院2004年08月-2009年04月收治的34例主动脉夹层患者的临床诊断情况进行回顾性分析。结果与结论本组34例患者中误诊2例,误诊率5.88%;准确诊断32例,确诊率94.12%。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Objective To study the clinical diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods The clinical diagnostic circumstances of aortic dissection were retrospectively analyzed in 34 patients hospitalized from August,2004 to April,2009. Results and Conclusion Of the 34 cases, 2 cases were misdiagnosed （misdiagnosis rate 5.9% ） and 32 correctly diagnosed （accurate diagnosis rate 94.1% ）. |
