摘    要:
本文以从女贞子药材中自行分离得到的2种主要裂环环烯醚萜苷类成分——女贞苷(nuezhenoside)及女贞苷G13(G13)为研究对象,研究了它们对于DPPH自由基的清除作用。实验结果表明,2种成分均有显著的抗氧化活性,剂量效应之间呈正相关,其中女贞苷G13清除DPPH自由基的作用强于女贞苷,说明裂环环烯醚萜苷类结构对清除自由基具有积极作用。此外,本文的实验结果对于女贞子抗氧化机理的深入研究具有重要的意义。

Abstract:
The antioxidant effects of two major secoiridoid glucosides(nuezhenoside and G13,separated in our laboratory) from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi had already been assayed though DPPH radicals,respectively.The results revealed that these ingredients showed significant antioxidant activities.A positive correlation existed between total content and antioxidant activity.G13 had shown higher antioxidant activity than nuezhenoside.It implied that the structure of secoiridoid glucoside was postitive to antioxidant activity.Otherwise,the results could promote the deep research of Furctus Ligustri Lucidi on antioxidant mechanism.
