BCL-10和PCNA在胃粘膜相关淋巴瘤中的表达及其临床病理意义

目的 探讨BCL-10、PCNA在胃MALT淋巴瘤中的表达及其在肿瘤发生、发展及预后判断中的意义.方法 采用EnVision二步法进行免疫组化检测,分析60例胃MALT型淋巴瘤临床病理特点和免疫组化BCL-10、PCNA的表达情况.结果 BCL-10核阳性率在淋巴结被累及与未被累及两组间差异非常显著(P＜0.01);BCL-10核阳性率在肿瘤局限于黏膜和黏膜下层与浸润肌层至浆膜层两组间差异非常显著(P＜0.01);BCL-10核阳性率在不同的临床分期各组间差异显著(P＜0.05);PCNA的表达强度随着肿瘤恶性程度的增强而增强,PCNA的表达程度与肿瘤的恶性程度有关.结论 BCL-10核表达提示肿瘤的侵袭性增强,可能单纯抗HP治疗无效.PCNA可能是诊断恶性淋巴瘤,评价其生物学行为的可靠指标,并对肿瘤的预后有较好的判断价值.

The expression of BCL-10 and PCNA in gastric lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue and its clinicopathologic significance

Objective To detect the expression of BCL-10 and PCNA in gastric lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) and to explore its significance to the occurrence and development of malignant tumor and prognosis.Methods The clinicopathologic characteristics and expression of BCL-10 and PCNA were analyzed in 60 cases with gastric MALT by Envision immunohistochemical test.Results There were statistically significant differences in positive rate of BCL-10 between lymph node positive group and lymph node negative group or between the group of limiting to the mucosa and submucosa propria and the group of immerging to muscular layer and serous membrane .As well as,there were significant differences in different clinical stages in BCL-10 positive expression.With the increase of the degree of maliganancy,PCNA positive expression increased and there was positive correlation between them.Conclusion The BCL-2 positive staninglin in nucleus indicated that the invasiveness was stronger and it may be useless to treat simply with H. poli elimination.PCNA may be a reliable indicator of diagnosis or evaluating biological behaviour and prognosis in malignant lymphoma.
