p27和PCNA在骨肉瘤中的表达及临床意义

目的 研究p27和PCNA在骨肉瘤中的表达情况及它们之间的相互关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法 （SP）观察10例正常骨组织和46例骨肉瘤石蜡标本的p27和PCNA的表达情况并进行对比分析和相关性研究.结果 正常骨组织中p27呈高表达,PCNA呈阴性表达,而骨肉瘤中p27呈低表达,PCNA呈高表达.p27和PCNA在正常骨组织和骨肉瘤之间的表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.2）p27表达与骨肉瘤的组织学分级、预后有关（P〈0.05）,与组织学类型、临床分期无关（P〉0.05）.PCNA表达与骨肉瘤的临床分期、组织学分级、预后有关（P〈0.05）,与组织学类型无关（P〉0.05）.3）p27与PCNA表达呈负相关（rs=-0.63,P〈0.05）.结论 p27、PNCA在骨肉瘤的发生、发展和转移过程中起着重要作用,与骨肉瘤的预后有关.

The expressions and clinical significances of p27,PCNA in osteosarcoma

Objective To investigate the association of the expressions of p27,PCNA in osteosarcoma. Methods The expression of p27,PCNA in osteosarcoma and normal bone were examined by immunohistochemical. Results 1） In normal bone tissue, the expressions of PCNA were negative, p27 were positive. But expressions of PCNA in most osteosarcoma were positive, p27 were negative, significant differences were showed among these expressions （P〈 0.05）. 2） p27 positive--expression correlated significantly osteosarcoma＇s histological grade （P 〈 0.05） and prognosis （P 〈 0.05）, the positive expressions of PCNA had positive relationship with osteosarcoma＇s clinical stage （P〈0. 05） and tissue grades （P 〈 0. 05） and prognosis （P 〈 0.05）. 3） there were negative correlation between p27 and PCNA （rs =-0.63 ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions P27 and PCNA play an important role in the inception, the development and the metastasis of osteosareoma, and have close relationship with its prognosis.
