多药耐药相关蛋白和肺耐药蛋白在胃癌中的表达

摘    要:
目的:检测多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)和肺耐药蛋白(LRP)在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法,检测52例患者胃癌组织和30例慢性胃炎组织中MRP及LRP的表达。结果:在52例胃癌组织和30例胃炎组织中,MRP的阳性表达率分别为32.69%(17例)、10%(3例),LRP的阳性表达率分别为63.46%(33例)、33.33%(10例),差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。MRP的表达与胃癌病理分期和分化程度相关(P<0.05);LRP的表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。两蛋白在胃癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:MRP和LRP在胃癌组织中均有较高的表达,两者均可能是胃癌原发性多药耐药(MDR)的一种重要机制,且两者可能具有协同作用;临床上检测该两蛋白的表达,有利于为胃癌患者制定更加合理的综合治疗方案。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) and lung resistance protein (LRP) in human gastric carcinomas and its clinical significance. Methods: Paraffin embedded specimens of 52 cases of primary gastric carcinomas and 30 cases of gastritis were examined with immunohistochemistry staining (SABC). Results: Among the 52 cases of gastric cancers and the 30 cases of gastritis specimens, the positive staining for MRP were 17(32 69%) and 3(10%) respectively, and those for LRP were 33(63.46%) and 10(33.33%) respectively, and there were significant differences between the 2 groups for both proteins (P<0 05). Positive staining of MRP was correlated with cell differentiation and pathologic stage (P<0 05), while LRP positive staining was correlated with lymph nodes metastasis (P<0 05). And the expression of the two proteins in gastric cancers was correlative (P<0 05). Conclusion: Positive expression of MRP and LRP are both high in gastric cancers, and both of them may be one of the important mechanisms of intrinsic multidrug resistance and play a cooperative part in gastric cancers.
