| 摘 要： | 50例健康育龄妇女参加18-甲事后片的临床试用,其中43例服用4片/周期,7例服用3片/周期(1例失败),服药的副反应很小如头晕、恶心、乳房胀等,主要的问题是月经的变化,9例周期缩短,3例突破出血,这50例中有80%愿意再次服用作为避孕措施。

| Abstract: | Fifty healthy subjects with both normal menstrual cycles and biphasic basal body tem-perature underwent the clinical trial.Among the 50 subjects,7 took 3 tablets/month and43 took 4tablets/month.There was only one case failed,the remaining 49 were successful.Side-effects were slight,including dizziness,nausea,breast tenderness,etc.The mainproblem was the change in bleeding patterns,9 women had shortened menstrual cyclesand 3 women had break-through bleeding.Of the 50 subjects,40 were willing to accept the tablets for further contraception. |
