胃肠道间质瘤临床病理观察及免疫组化分析

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理及免疫组化特点。方法对60例胃肠道间叶来源的肿瘤进行回顾性分析,观察其临床病理特点,并应用CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100共4种抗体对肿瘤进行免疫组化标记。结果60例中59例（98％）CD117阳性,48例（80％）CD34阳性,6例（10％）SMA阳性,4例（6％）S-100阳性。其中良性组CD117 15例（15／15）均阳性,交界性组CD117 10例（10／11）阳性。恶性组34例（34／34）CD117阳性。对照组平滑肌瘤及神经鞘瘤CD117均阴性。结论CD117、CD34阳性表达是诊断胃肠道间质瘤最可靠的辅助指标。
