p53蛋白及细胞增殖指数与子宫颈鳞状细胞癌的关系

[目的]研究子宫颈鳞癌细胞增殖指数(PI)以及突变p53蛋白表达与组织病理学的关系.[方法]采用流式细胞术和免疫组化方法对44例子宫颈鳞癌组织及10例正常子宫颈上皮组织进行了研究.[结果]各临床分期及不同组织学分级的子宫颈鳞癌组织细胞增殖指数及突变p53蛋白阳性表达率均显著高于正常子宫颈上皮组织(P＜0.01),但在不同临床期别及不同组织学类型间无统计学差异(P＞0.05).[结论]子宫颈鳞状上皮癌组织的细胞增殖活性增加,突变p53蛋白表达增高,但与子宫颈鳞癌临床分期及恶性程度无关.

Relationship Between p53 Protein and Cell Proliferative Index in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Cervix

To study the cell proliferative index(PI )and expression of mutant p53protein in cervix carcinoma and their relations with histopathology.Forty-four cases squamous cell carcinoma of uterine c ervix and 10cases normal cervical ep ithelial tissue were studied using flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry method.The cell proliferative index and positive expression ratio of mutant p53protein in all different clinica l stage and different histopathological grade were signi ficantly higher than that of normal control(P<0.01).But there was no significantly different among di fferent clinical stages or differen t histopthological grades(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Comparing with normal tissue,the ex pression of mutant p53protein and th e cell proliferation activity are higher i n squamous cell carcinoma of uterine cervix,but there was no correlation between the inereased l evel and the clinical stage or the his topathological grade of squamous cell carcinoma of uterine c ervix.
