摘 要: | 目的:探讨角色扮演法在社区高血压患者健康宣教中的应用效果。方法选取本院心血管内科出院并符合本院社区服务范围内的常住高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例),对照组对采取常规健康宣教,实验组采取角色扮演法进行健康宣教,3个月后对两组患者疾病知晓率、护理工作满意度、生活方式及血压水平进行评价。结果实验组和对照组疾病知晓率分别为92%和74%,差异有明显统计学意义( P<0.01);实验组和对组患者满意度分别为96%和60%,差异有明显统计学意义( P<0.01);实验组与对照组在不良生活方式包括超重、吸烟、饮酒、高盐饮食、高脂饮食、高胆固醇饮食、性格急躁方面比较统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其在缺乏运动方面与对照组差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);健康宣教后两组收缩压与舒张压比较均有极显著差异( P<0.01)。结论应用角色扮演法对社区高血压患者进行健康宣教,能提高患者疾病知晓率及患者满意度,改善患者不良生活方式,从而使血压得到良好控制。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of health education with role playing teaching ( RPT) method on hypertension patients in community.Methods A total of 100 cases of hypertension patients from residents in community service area and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given general health education method and the experimental group was given health educa-tion with RPT.Knowledge levels of disease, satisfaction of nursing work, lifestyle and blood pressure level were evalua-ted at 3 months later.Results For Knowledge levels of disease, the experimental group was 96%and the control group was 74%, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) , there were 96%from experimental group and 60%from control group on satisfaction of nursing work and the diferences were statistically significant ( P<0.01 ); for un-healthy lifestyles, including overweight, smoking, drinking, high-salt diet, high-fat diet, high-cholesterol diet, im-patient, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant especially for exercise ( P<0.01 ) .In terms of SBP and DBP, the differences had statistical significance ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusions Health education with role playing teaching is very helpful to hypertension patients on knowledge levels of disease and satisfaction of nursing work, improve the lifestyle, thereby controlling blood pressure. |
