幽门螺杆菌感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的关系

COPD 是呼吸系统的常见疾病,中老年人群发病率较高,其致死率呈逐年增加的趋势。幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染与胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌的发生有着密切的关系。近年发现 HP 亦可存在于食管的化生柱状上皮中,并发现 COPD 患者的 HP 感染率较高。 HP 感染与COPD 的发生、发展有一定相关性。

The relationship of Helicobacter pylori and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is one of the common respiratory diseases.There is high incidence rate among the elderliness people,and the mortality rate is increasing year by year.Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection is closely related to the occurrence of gastritis,peptic ulcer and gastric cancer.In recenty year,it was found that HP can also be found in the metaplasia of esophageal columnar epithelium,and found that COPD patients with HP infection rate is higher.There is a certain correlation between HP infection and the occurrence and development of COPD.
