| 摘 要： | 小气道是气道的重要组成部分，在支气管哮喘患者中，存在小气道炎性细胞浸润、气道重塑、肺功能降低等变化，小气道病变与支气管哮喘控制密切相关，针对小气道的治疗有助于支气管哮喘患者的维持治疗，在临床中应予以小气道更多重视。 |

Role of small airway dysfunction in asthmatic pathogenesis |

| Abstract: | The small airways play an important role in the whole airway function.Asthmatic patients experience some variations such as inflammatory cell infiltration,airway remolding,reduction in pulmonary functionan and so on in small air ways.This pathological changes are closely related to disease control.The treatment targeting to small airways contribute to maintenance treatment.We should pay more attention to small airways in clinic work. |
