对非手术食管癌患者同步放化疗期间体重指数干预效果的研究

目的：探讨对非手术食管癌同步放化疗患者体重指数干预的方法及效果。方法选取100例给予体重指数干预的非手术食管癌同步放化疗患者为观察组，选取100例给予常规饮食护理的非手术食管癌同步放化疗患者为对照组。比较两组患者放疗前后的相关营养学指标以及不良反应。结果观察组放疗前的体重指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、白细胞变化差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。观察组放疗后的体重指数、上臂肌围大于对照组，血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组的血液系统、胃肠道反应以及放射性食管炎不良反应轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论体重指数干预能够提高非手术食管癌同步放化疗患者的营养水平，减轻毒副反应，值得推广。

Investigation of the effect on weight index intervention for non-operative esophageal carcinoma patients with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the method and effect on weight index intervention for non-operative e-sophageal carcinoma patients with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 cases of esoph-ageal carcinoma patients with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy by weight index intervention were selected as the observation group, another 100 cases by routine nursing were selected as the control group.The nutritional indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after radiotherapy were compared.Results The changes of body mass index, hemoglobin, serum albumin, and white blood cell in observation group had no statistical significance in pre-treat-ment period ( P>0.05) .The body mass index and the circumference of the upper arm in observation group were higher than those of the control group, and serum albumin and hemoglobin were higher than those of the control group ( P>0.05) .The blood system, gastrointestinal reaction and adverse reactions in observation group were less than those of the control group ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion Weight index can improve the nutritional level of esophageal carcinoma pa-tients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and to reduce the level of toxic and adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
