慢性阻塞性肺疾病的健康教育现状

COPD 是一种常见的可预防和治疗的慢性肺部疾病，以气流受限为特征，气流受限不完全可逆，呈进行性发展。COPD 的患病率、病死率高，社会经济负担重，是一个全球性的公共卫生问题，严重影响着患者的劳动能力和生活质量。持续、针对性地对 COPD 患者进行健康教育可延缓病情的发展、提高患者生活质量及生存率。然而，目前国内外 COPD 患者的健康教育仍存在问题，如宣传力度不足，医患交流障碍，姑息治疗较欠缺及预防控制不到位等。本文将对 COPD 健康教育的方式、内容及其现状作一简要综述。

Current situation on health education of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),a common preventable and treatable disease,is characterized by persistent airflow limitation that is usually progressive.COPD has been a global public health problem which is a leading cause of high morbidity and mortality and results in an heavy economic and social burden,seriously affects the patients′ labor ability and quality of life. Continuous and targeted health education in stable patients is very necessary that it can avoid risk factors, suspend condition,improve quality of life and survival rate.While,there are still problems existing in health education not in China but also abroad.For example,insufficient publicity,barriers in patient-clinician communication,lack of palliative care and preventive controls not in place and so on.This article will give the mode and content of health education,as well as its current situation for a simple summary.
