2009年某医院住院患儿医院感染情况分析

目的了解我院儿科院感情况,为降低医院感染提供指导。方法采用回顾性调查方法 ,对我院儿科2009年全年住院病历1426份进行逐份查阅,调查内容主要包括全年的儿科院内感染人数,以及感染部位、患儿的年龄、入院时间、住院天数、原发疾病等相关情况,对调查结果作统计分析。结果我院儿科全年共发生院内感染106例次,院感率为7.43%。院感多发于冬春季节,以呼吸道、消化道感染为主,住院时间越长,患儿年龄越小,发生院感率越高;非感染性原发疾病发生院感率高于感染性原发疾病。结论降低医院感染需从控制抗生素应用,加强儿科护理及加强病室环境管理等多方面着手。

Analysis of Nosocomial Infections Among Inpatient Children in a Hospital in 2009
