| 摘 要： | 目的探讨消化性溃疡的最佳治疗方法。方法选择佛山市第一人民医院收治的80例HP阳性的消化性溃疡病例,随机分为A、B两组,两组均用奥美拉唑+克拉霉素,A组联合阿莫西林,B组联合甲硝唑进行治疗。结果A、B两组的溃疡愈合率分别为90%和85%。结论阿莫西林三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效与甲硝唑三联疗法相当,但阿莫西林组不良反应发生率低于甲硝唑组。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the optimized method to treat peptic ulcer.Methods 80 patients with HP positive in the first people' s hospital of Foshan were divided into two groups randomly.For group A,the patients were treated with Amoxicillin,Omeprazole and Clarithromycin.For group B,the patients were treated with Arilin,Omeprazole and Clarithromycin.Results For group A,B,the healing rates were 90% and 85%.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Amoxicillin three triple-therapies on peptic ulcer is equal to Arilin th... |
