| 摘 要： | 以分装机为例，制定了青霉素粉针生产设备的清洁规程。针对设备拆卸、预洗、清洁、取样、消毒干燥、装配等步骤，制定了相应的操作方法、取样原则和检测方法等。以热的0．5％NaOH水溶液为清洁剂，能够达到破坏青霉素和清洁设备的双重目的。 |

| Abstract: | Exampled with separating packing machine, the cleaning regulation for the equipment of producing penicilline powder-for-injection was established. With respect to the processes of dismount, pre-cleaning, cleaning, sampling, sterilization, drying and installation of the equipment, the relevant operation method, sampling principle and method of examination were stipulated. By using 0.5% NaOH resolvent as cleaning agent, the objectives of destroying penicilline and cleaning equipment can be reached meantime. |
