| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗性触摸对鼻窦手术患者术前焦虑的影响。方法将75例择期鼻窦手术患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组37例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上予治疗性触摸,比较两组患者干预前后S-AI评分和术前晚睡眠情况。结果干预后观察组S-AI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),术前晚睡眠障碍发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论治疗性触摸能有效降低鼻窦手术患者的术前焦虑水平,改善术前睡眠质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of therapeutic touch on preoperative anxiety of patients scheduled for nasal sinus surgery.Methods Seventy-five patients scheduled for nasal sinus surgery were divided into an observation group(38 cases) and a control group(37 cases).The control group received conventional care,while patients in the observation group were additionally given therapeutic touch.The scores of SAI before and after intervention and preoperative sleep quality were tested.Results The score of SAI was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.01),and the occurrence rate of sleep disorders on the night before operation was statistically lower in the observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion Therapeutic touch can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety level and improve quality of sleep in patients scheduled for nasal sinus surgery. |
