| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the applied value of cervix lesion screen with TCT.Methods The TCT and Pap smear were detected for 1800 cases of such patients.TBS report system was adopted.Positive results include: LSIL and even high grade lesions.The sensitivity and the specificity of two methods were compared with histo-pathology results as golden standard.Results The detection rate of LSIL,HSIL and Ca with TCT were improved 49.70%,56.41% and 100% comparing with Pap smear.The coincidence rate were improved 5.56% comparing with histopathology,19.48% and 0.0%.Conclusion The positive rate and coincidence rate of TCT screen were higher than those of pap smear.It might be an ideal method instead of pap smear. |
