围术期患者血糖监测现状调查

目的了解围术期患者血糖监测现状,为探讨合理的围术期血糖监测方法提供依据。方法采用查阅病历的方法,调查33个手术病区围术期患者血糖监测情况。结果对于已确诊为糖尿病的手术患者,33个病区均测术前和术后血糖;对于未明确有糖尿病的手术患者,仅1个病区测术前血糖,5个病区测术后血糖。结论对于未明确有糖尿病的患者,围术期血糖监测比例低,忽视了应激性高血糖的危险。护士应建议医生开具监测血糖医嘱,以及时发现应激性高血糖,减少其对围术期患者的危害。

A survey of perioperative blood glucose monitoring for surgical patients

Objective To explore the status of perioperative blood glucose monitoring for surgical patients,and to provide reference for monitoring perioperative blood glucose reasonably.Methods Thirty-three surgical wards of a general hospital were enrolled in the study.The status of perioperative blood glucose monitoring was investigated by reviewing medical documentation.Results All wards had monitored perioperative blood glucose for surgical patients with diabetes mellitus(DM);for patients without DM,only one ward had tested their preoperative blood glucose and 5 wards had monitored postoperative blood glucose.Conclusion Perioperative blood glucose monitoring for surgical patients without DM is not satisfactory,which would ignore the stress-induced hyperglycemia.Nurses should advise doctors to monitor perioperative blood glucose of surgical patients,which consciously observe symptoms and signs of hyperglycemia for those without blood glucose monitoring can discover stress-induced hyperglycemia in time and reduce the danger of hyperglycemia to surgical patients.
