| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between sublingual vein with different grading and D-dimer in non-valvular atrial fibrillation cases.Methods 84 patients were observed.Among them,39 cases were male patients,45 cases were female patients,0 degree sublingual varicose vein in 28 cases,one degree of varices in 20 cases,22 cases of varicose with 2 degrees,14 cases of varicose veins with 3 degrees.30 cases were studied as healthy control group who include male 14,female 16 cases.D-dimer levels were Determined.Results There has not statistically significant between 0 degrees group and one degree group in D-dimer level.There were statistically significant among groups which more than 1 degree groups.Conclusion The D-dimer levels of sublingual veins has some relevance with chronic non-valvular atrial fibrillation.And with the increase of the degree of tongue varices,the D-dimer level increased.The growth trend of D-D levels were DD 1°<2°<3°. |
