临床药物安全管理体系的建立与实践

目的构建临床药物使用安全管理体系,确保用药安全及患者治疗安全。方法采取多科联合模式,建立、健全临床药物使用安全管理体系,实施指导医务人员正确用药、严格环节管理、药品安全隐患及不良事件报告制度及加强护士安全用药培训等管理措施。结果用药隐患从2007年至2009年下降61.5%,用药错误从10例降为零。结论临床药物使用安全管理体系的构建与应用,提高了临床用药的准确性及安全性,从根本上预防用药安全不良事件的发生。

Establishment and implement of a management system of medication safety

Objective To establish a management system of medication safety to guarantee medication safety and patients′ health.Methods Measures were taken to guarantee medication safety,including cooperating with several departments,establishing safety management system of medication,directing medical staff′s correct medication,checking details of medication,implementing report system of potential medication risks,and giving intensive strengthening training to nurses,etc.Results The rate of potential medication risks had decreased by 61.5% from the year of 2007 to 2009,and medication errors reduced from 10 cases in 2007 to 0 in 2009.Conclusion The establishment and implement of a management system of medication safety improves accuracy and safety of medication,and prevents occurrence of medication errors.
