| 摘 要： | 目的:建立三磷酸腺苷二钠细菌内毒素检查法.方法:采用<中国药典>2010年版附录细菌内毒素检查法.结果:三磷酸腺苷二钠经16倍稀释后,用灵敏度为0.125EU/mL的鲎试剂检查细菌内毒素无干扰因素的影响.结论:用细菌内毒素检查法检查三磷酸腺苷二钠内毒素是可行的. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish bacterial endotoxin test for Adenosine Disodium Triphosphate using limulus lysate test.Methods：The maximum valid dilution（MVD）was determined according to inhibition test,the bacterial endotoxin test was based on the method from Chinese pharmacopeia 2010 edition.Results：Adenosine Disodium Triphosphate has no interference to the bacterial endotoxin.Conclusion：The results suggest that the bacterial endotoxins test is suitable for the detection of endotoxin in Adenosine Disodium Triphosphate. |
