峨眉桃叶珊瑚不同部位桃叶珊瑚苷的含量比较

摘    要:目的测定峨眉桃叶珊瑚叶、干皮、果实和枝中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量,为峨眉桃叶珊瑚资源合理开发利用提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定桃叶珊瑚苷含量,色谱柱:SymmetryshieldTM RP18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(12∶88);检测波长:203nm;流速:0.8mL·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果桃叶珊瑚苷在峨眉桃叶珊瑚的叶、干皮、果实和枝中的含量分别为3.82%,1.51%,9.60%和0.07%。结论峨眉桃叶珊瑚果实和叶中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量较高,入药部位应为果实和叶。

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of aucubin in the leaves barks fruits and branches of A.Omeiensis and to provide a re-ference for reasonably exploiting the plant.Methods The content of aucubin was determined by HPLC,chromatographic column:Symmetryshield TMRP18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase:MeOH-H2O(12∶88),detection wavelength:203 nm,flow rate:0.8 mL·min-1,column temperature:25 ℃.Results The content of aucubin in the leaves,barks,fruits and branches of A.Omeiensis were 3.82%,1.51%,9.60% and 0.07%,respectively.Conclusion The content of aucubin in the fruits and leaves of A.Omeiensis was higher than in other parts.
