| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经阴道与腹部超声检查对宫外孕早期诊断价值及误、漏诊情况。方法 70例患者行经腹及经阴道超声检查 (TransabdominalandTransvaginalUltrasoundgraphy ,TAVS组 ) ,另 5 0例仅行经腹超声检查 (TransabdominalUltrasoundgraphy,TAS组 ) ,分析平均检查次数、孕龄及诊断符合率。结果 TAVS组比TAS组能更早诊断宫外孕且诊断符合率高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 对早期宫外孕诊断 ,经阴道与经腹部B超结合是一种较理想方法

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasoundgraphy in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and to discuss the misdiagnostic and negative cases Method 70 cases were examined with transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasoundgraphy(TAVS) 50 other cases were examined with single transabdominal(TAS) The average examination times,pregnancy age and coincident rate were measured Results In group TAVS,ectopic pregnancy was diagnosed earlier with higher coincident rate than group TAS(P<0 05) Conclusions Transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasoundgraphy is a better way in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy |
