| Abstract: | In order to display the nurses' collective effect to the utmost extent and pay attention to person's value,We employ nurses who are early retired,and arrange them engage in the outpatient service hall to lead customers to see a doctor.Thus it im- proves the present situation which the nursing staff is insufficient,and enhances the seasoned nurses' work enthusiasm.It clarifies that the seasoned nurse is the precious wealth of the hospital.We should exert their collective potency fully and generally. |
