| 摘 要： | 目的研究体重与肺功能的关系,及哮喘对糖皮质激素的反应性。方法将纳入患者根据BM I分组,给予吸入性糖皮质激素（GCs）,定期随访并监测肺功能变化情况。结果①超重及肥胖组的肺功能测量值明显低于消瘦及体重正常组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②超重及肥胖组治疗2周及1个月检测肺功能好转情况均低于消瘦及体重正常组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;③超重及肥胖组在各治疗阶段未控制率均高于消瘦及体重正常组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肥胖和超重者的哮喘症状比体重正常者重,其对GCs的反应性也比体重正常者低。 |
