胆总管扩张症的非胆道梗阻性的超声显像研究

目的通过对62例非胆道梗阻性胆总管扩张的患者行超声探查及内镜检查对照,揭示出该种局限性胆管扩张的病因诊断。方法应用高分辨率的超声诊断仪对非胆道梗阻性胆总管扩张的患者进行追踪探查尽可能多地显示胆总管的路径。结果经内镜检查本组62例非胆道梗阻性胆总管扩张的45例患者为十二指肠乳头水肿、炎症,12例为胆总管炎,5例为胰胆管汇合异常。结论对非胆道梗阻性胆总管扩张声像图认识的进一步提高,将会为临床提供更可靠的影像信息。

The ultrasonography study of non-biliary obstruction bile duct dilatation

Objective 62 cases with non-biliary obstruction bile duct dilatation were investigated with ultrasonography and compared with endoscopy in order to explore the etiology of this kind of focal bile ducet dil-atation. Methods The cases with non-biliary obstruction bile duct dilatation diadnosed by high resolution ultra-sound were analyzed retrospectively to reveal the road of cormnom bile duct as clear as possible. Results 45 of the 62 cases were corrected as bile papillitis and bile edema, 12 were choledochitis ,5 were anomalous junction of pancreatobiliary duct. Conclusion The improvement of the ultrasanography knowledge of non-biliary obstruc-tion bile duct dilatation would provide more valid image data for clinic.
