动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折

目的：探讨动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效和特点，方法：对32例动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折结果进行随访分析。结果：32例均获随访，平均随访14个月，后期功能评定按Kolment标准，本组治疗结果优22例，良7例，可2例，差1例，优良率为90．6％。结论：应用动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有固定牢固、并发症少、能早期起床活动、功能恢复佳等优点，手术操作简便、安全，可早期进行功能锻炼，是一种获得满意疗效的有效方法。

Treatment of distal femoral fracture with dynamic condyle screw

Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect and characteristic of dynamic condyle screw(DCS) in the treatment of distal femoral fracture. Methods:32 patients with distal femoral fracture were treated with dynamic condyle screw,their clinical curative effects were followed up and analyzed. The functional evaluations were performed in accordance with the kolment criterion. Results:All 32 cases were followed up,22 cases were excellent,7 cases were good,2 cases were common and 1 case was bad,and the rate of good curative effect was 90.6%. Conclusion:Using dynamic condyle screw for distal femoral fracture passesses some advantages,such as firm fixing,few complications, good functional recovery,convenient and safe operative procedure and so on,as a curative method,it can obtain the better curative effect.
