米索前列醇术前应用减少剖宫产出血的疗效

目的:观察足月、未临产孕妇行剖宫产术前予米索前列醇塞肛减少术中、术后出血的疗效。方法:对120例足月、未临产行剖宫产产妇进行随机分组,实验组60例术前应用米索前列醇,对照组60例术前不应用任何药物,对比两组术中、术后出血情况。结果:实验组术中、术后出血明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术前应用米索前列醇塞肛对预防术中、术后出血具有明显效果,能促进产妇产后恢复,降低孕产妇死亡率。

Effect of decreasing bleeding of cesarean section with misoprostol before operation

Objective:To investigate the effect of misoprostol used by anus on the prevention of cesarean section bleeding of full-term pregnant women.Methods:One hundred and twenty full-term pregnant women undergoing cesarean section were divided randomly into trial group(n=60) and control group(n=60).The pregnant women in trial group were give misoprostol by anus before operation,the pregnant women in control group didn't use any medicine;the bleeding during and after the operation was observed and compared.Results:The bleeding amount of cesarean section in the trial group during and after the operation was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The misoprostol used by anus before the cesarean section may effective prevent bleeding during and after the operation,promote maternal recovery,and reduce maternal mortality.
