十味中药对小鼠迟发超敏反应的影响

黄芪、党参、白术、茯苓、沙参、天麻、山萸肉、金银花、柴胡及海藻等中药水煎剂,以30g/kg给小鼠口服灌胃,每天一次,连续7天。结果发现,山萸肉和金银花能明显抑制绵羊红细胞(SRBC)所致的昆明种小鼠迟发性超敏反应(DTH),P<0.05,其中以山萸肉的抑制作用最为明显,P<0.01;柴胡及茯苓能明显增强小鼠的DTH,P<0.05。山萸肉能明显降低昆明种小鼠的脾脏指数,P<0.05;金银花及茯苓能明显增加昆明种小鼠的脾脏指数,其中尤以茯苓最为明显。山萸肉还能明显降低昆明种小鼠的胸腺指数,P<0.05。

Effects of Ten Herbs on Mice Delayed Type Hypersensitive Reaction(DTH)

The immunoregulating effects of water extracts of ten herbs on mice delayed type hypersensitive reaction induced by sheep red blood cells (SRBC) were studied. The water extracts of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Codonopsis pilosula Nannf, Atract-ylodes macrocephala Koidz, Poria cocos Wolf,Glehnia littoralis F.,Gastralia elata BL., Cornus officinalis Sieb, Lonicera japoflica Thunb,Bupleurum chinense DC. and Sargass-um fasiforme Setch were given orally to mice at a dose of 30g/kg/day for seven successive days. The results showed that Cornus officinalis Sieb and Lonicera japonica Thunb could suppress the reaction obviously, Bupleurum chinense DC. and Pcria cocos Wolf could markedly enhance the reaction. The results also showed that Ccrnus officinalis Sieb could markedly decrease mice spleen and thymus weights, While Lonicera japonica Thunb and Poria cocos Wolf could increase mice spleen weights obviously. The mechanism of action of the herbs remains to be studied.
