尿激酶雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张效果观察

目的：探讨尿激酶雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张的临床效果。方法：选择2010年1月～2011年1月在本院住院治疗的支气管扩张患者45例,将其随机分为观察组23例和对照组22例,两组均常规抗感染及吸氧治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上用0.9%氯化钠溶液20ml加α-糜蛋白4000U雾化吸入,2次/d;观察组在常规治疗基础上用0.9%氯化钠溶液20ml加尿激酶26000U雾化吸入,2次/d。观察比较两组的临床疗效及动脉血气（PCO2、PO2）的变化。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的81.82%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组PCO2、PO2的改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：尿激酶雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of urokinase aerosol inhalation in treatment of bronchiectasis

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of urokinase aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods：45 cases of bronchiectasis patients were slected in January 2010 to January 2011,who were randomly divided into observation group 23 cases and control group 22 cases.The two groups were both given anti-infection and oxygen uptake treatment,the control group were given 0.9%NaCl 20 ml ＋ α-Chymotrypsin 4 000 U aerosol inhalation,2 times per day;the observation group were given 0.9%NaCl 20 ml ＋ urokinase 26 000 U aerosol inhalation,2 times per day.The clinical efficacy and arterial blood gas（PCO2,PO2） were observed between the two groups after treatment.Results：After treatment,the total effect of the observation group was 95.65%,which was better than that of the control group（81.82%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;The PCO2 and PO2 improvement of the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Urokinase aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis has obvious effectivement,thus worth being popularized in clinical otolaryngology.
