| 摘 要： | 目的:运用开塞露润肠剂保留灌肠,促进腹部手术后胃肠蠕动功能早日恢复,减少并发症的发生。方法:采用随机分组法,分为应用开塞露组和未应用开塞露组,按三个时间段,三项指标观察,经统计学卡方检验和Ridit分析法对两组疗效进行分析。结果:两组排气、肠蠕动和排便时间均有非常显著差异。结论:认为开塞露润肠剂保留灌肠对促进腹部手术后病人的胃蠕动功能提前恢复有一定实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective It makes stomach and intestine' s function returning to normalat an e arly date and reducing complication that they had been operated on their abdomen by using glycerol .Methods By using random dividing into two groups.One uses glycerol and the other doesn' t use it divides for time -separation s,three observed dates,analyes the two groups' curative effect by x2-inspection an d ridit -analyse of statistics.Results The two groups' times of drinking water and defecation are di fferent obviously.Conclusion There' s practical value for stomach and int estine' s function returning to normal that th ey had been operated on their abdomen by using glycerol. |
