子宫动脉栓塞和子宫切除术后血清性激素的变化

目的：通过观察子宫切除和子宫动脉栓塞患者的血清性激素水平变化,了解对卵巢内分泌功能的影响,方法：对15测子宫切除患者、22例子宫动脉栓塞患者和29例正常人分别测定血清雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡雌激素和黄体生成素。结果：子宫切除组血清雌二醇和孕酮水平较正常对照组低,两者有极显著性差异;子宫动脉栓塞组血清雌二醇和孕激素水平与正常对照组比较,两者没有显著性差异。结论：子宫切除后对卵巢内分泌功能有影响,子宫动脉栓塞后对卵巢内分泌功能没有影响。

Changes of serum sex hormones after uterine arterial embolism and hysterectomy

Objective: To find out the effects on the endocrine function of ovary by observing the changes of serum concentration of sex hormonal in patients with hysterectomy and uterine arterial embolism. Methods: The serum estrin (E2), progestogen (P), follicule stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteotropic hormone (LH) were measured in 15 patients with hysterectomy, 22 patients with uterine arterial embolization and 29 normal persons, respectively. Results: The serum E2 and P in the group of hysterectomy were lower than the normal control group, there was a significant difference between them. When compared the serum E2 and P between the uterine arterial embolism group and normal control group, there was no significant difference.Conclusion: There are some effects on the endocrine function of ovary after hysterectomy, but there is no effect on the endocrine function of ovary after uterine arterial embolism.
