鼠咬抓伤原因调查

目的 了解鼠咬抓伤的原因及其特点，进一步采取防制措施，降低狂犬病死亡率。方法 对鼠咬抓伤人的原因、方式、时间、伤情、就诊时间等进行调查。结果 咬伤部位以右足拇趾、右手拇指、食指、中指为多；21～6点被鼠咬抓伤为多；鼠咬伤面积小．多出现1～2个深伤口，抓伤极少。被咬伤后局部出血占88．0％；咬伤部位与右足、右手优势有关，主动出击，易伤其指，另外与其功能及长度也有一定关系。结论 正确地宣传和指导自行消毒方法。可降低狂犬病毒进入体内的浓度，减少发病机会。

Investigation on reason of mouse''''s biting and scratching

Objective To understand the reason and characteristic of mouse's biting and scratching,to enhance prevention and control of rabies in law,and to reduce the mortality.Methods To observe the gender,age,profession of patient,reason,mode,time of exposure,the condition of an injury,and time to see a doctor and etc.Results Most of patients were injured at right thumb,right tiptoe,forefinger and middle finger from 9pm to 6am;The injured area were samll with one or two deep cut and less scratching wound.About 88.0% patients had bleeding,and injured part was related with predominance hand and foot,their functions and length.Conclusion Proper self disinfection could decrease the virus's concentration into body and infection chance.
