| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EM)惠者腹腔液对人脐静脉内皮细胞ECV-304细胞增殖及迁移的影响,为临床应用药物治疗EM提供实验模型依据.方法:体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞ECV-304细胞,应用EM患者腹腔液处理ECV-304细胞,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法测定EM患者腹腔液对ECV-304细胞增殖活性的作用,细胞划痕法测定其对ECV-304细胞迁移的影响.结果:(1)MTT比色法结果显示:EM患者腹腔液促进ECV-304细胞增殖(P<0.05).(2)细胞划痕法结果显示:EM患者腹腔液促进ECV-304细胞迁移(P<0.05).结论:(1)EM患者腹腔液对ECV-304细胞增殖及迁移有促进作用.(2)EM患者腹腔液结合ECV-304细胞后可能作为临床应用药物治疗EM提供实验室筛选模型.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of peritoneal fluid from endometriosis patients on theproliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial ECV-304 cells and to give experimental evidence forendometriosis treatment.
