对受术者心理护理的探讨

目的解除受术者术前焦虑恐惧情绪,争取患者配合,保证手术顺利完成。方法针对受术者术前存在的10个方面的心理问题,提出护理诊断和护理计划,并组织实施。结果通过患者术前10个方面心理问题的解决、消除,保证了手术安全、顺利完成,也进一步融洽了护患关系。结论采用规范化指导用语,合理解释,善意劝导,真诚抚慰,能有效消除受术者术前焦虑恐惧情绪。

Preoperative psychological nursing

Objective To discuss the measures for effectively relieving patients' preoperative anxiety.Methods We concluded the psychological problems of the patients that are going to receive operation.According to the problems we have given a series of preoperative psychological nursing to these patients since 2002.Results Owing to the salvation of psychological problems for the patients,operations were performed successfully under the cooperation of the patients.The postoperative course was uneventful in harmony of medical staff and patients.Conclusion By kind explanation and sincere comfort,we can relieve patients' anxiety before operation and the results are found to be promising.
