| 摘 要： | 目的了解急性硫化氢中毒的临床特点。方法总结云南省第三人民医院收治17例急性硫化氢中毒患者的救治过程及转归。结果17例中毒患者平均住院11d,均治愈,3个月后随访无特殊不适。高压氧治疗和糖皮质激素治疗可减轻硫化氢中毒症状,防止脑水肿和肺水肿的发生。结论急性硫化氢中毒发生时应首选高压氧治疗。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the clinical features of acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning.[Methods]Treatment process and prognosis of 17 cases of acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning in Yunnan Third People's Hospital were summarized.[Results]Average hospital stay was 11 days,all were cured,no special sickness was found in 3-month follow-up. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and glucocorticoid treatment could relieve poisoning symptoms induced by hydrogen sulfide,and prevent cerebral edema and pulmonary edema.[Conclusion]The f... |
