| 摘 要： | 目的 :制备润肺止嗽胶囊 ,建立其质控方法并验证临床疗效。方法 :以水提醇沉工艺制备 ,挥发油用 β-环糊精包合 ,用薄层鉴别总黄酮的含量及其质量控制 ,并用对照法验证疗效。结果 :本品中总黄酮的含量不低于10mg/粒 ;临床有效率 (91 74 % )与汤剂 (96 61 % )相似 (P>0 05)。结论 :本品质量可控 ,疗效确切 ,应用安全

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare Runfeizhisou capsule and to establish the quality control standard and observe the clinical therapeutic effects METHODS:The water-extracted liquid was precipitated with alcohol and the total volatile oil parceled with β-CD The TLC was used for identification,and the content of total flavones was determined to control the quality The clinical therapeutic effects were observed with controlled clinical trials RESULTS:The content of total flavones in the preparation was not lower than 10mg/capsule;and its clinical effective rate(91 74%) was similar to that of the decoction(96 61%,P>0 05) CONCLUSION:The quality of preparation can be controlled It is worth popularizing because it is safe and reliable in clinical effect |
