| 摘 要： | 目的:明确针刺本于神时是否应该和如何做到因时制宜。方法:分析治疗时机和本于神的关系,探讨根据治疗时间而采用补泻和决定针刺的多少及次数,如何在诊疗过程中进行相应的调神。结果:本于神贯穿于针刺整个过程,在治疗时要选择合宜的治疗时机,或者根据不同的治疗时间(机)而选择相应的本于神方法。结论:针灸治疗过程中应根据不同时间或时机而进行相应的调神。
