| 摘 要： | 炎性肠病(Inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)为非特异性炎症性肠病,主要包括溃疡性结肠炎(Ul-cerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)。其病因和发病机制尚未完全明确。已知肠道粘膜免疫系统异常反应所导致的炎症反应在IBD中发挥着重要作用。笔者对调节性T细胞在肠道免疫系统中的作用与IBD的发病机制相关性的研究进展做一综述,为临床治疗IBD的新药研究提供可能性的途径。

| Abstract: | Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),mainly including Ulcerative colitis(UC) and Crohn's disease(CD),is a kind of disease characterized by non-specific inflammatory reactions of the bowel.The etiology and pathogenes of it are unknown,though many experiments have shown an important role of abnormal immunal reaction of the intestinal mucosa in IBD.The authors evaluated the effect of regulatory T cells on the intestinal immune system,the pathogenesis of IBD,and the relation of them. |
