| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨25例头颈部非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的临床表现、分期、分型及治疗方法。方法：对我院2000年3月-2004年4月间治疗的25例头颈部NHL进行回顾性分析。结果：25例中，首犯咽淋巴环11例，鼻腔8例，鼻窦1例，颈淋巴结4例，腮腺1例。鼻腔、鼻窦已有3例死亡。结论：根据头颈部NHL的首犯部位、肿瘤分期、组织学分型进行恰当的治疗，可提高治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical presentation,staging,grading,and therapy of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) of the head and neck.Method:A retrospective study of 25 patients with NHL of the head and neck was carmed out in our hospital from March,2000 to April, 2004.Result:Among 25 cases, 11 cases occurred in Waldeyer's ring that was the most common site of disease,8 cases in nasal cavity,1 case in paranasal sinuses, 4 cases in lymph nodes of the neck,and 1 case in salivary glands. Three patients with sinonasal tract lymphoma died.Conclusion:The prognosis of NHL of the head and neck is related to site,stage and histologic grade.And they are highly curable if treated appropriately. |
