眼内异物定位与摘出手术32例临床分析

目的 探讨摘出眼内异物的最佳定位方法及手术径路。方法 对1997年3月－2000年11月收治的32例（32眼）眼内异物进行回顾性分析。了解异物定位方法的准确率及手术径路的选择。结果 32例眼内异物定位准确率：检眼镜法为21.9%；X线法为87.5%；B超为78.1%；CT为81.3%。手术径路：传统方法和玻璃体切除法均成功地摘出异物。结论 同时采用数种眼内异物的定位方法，才较精确。手术径路以不进一步损伤眼组织为原则，综合分析异物位置及其并发症。

Clinical analysis of 32 cases of intraocular foreign body localization and extraction

Objective To evaluate the most effcacious localiztion method and sugical approach for extraction of the intraocular foreign body.Methods 32 cases(32 eyes)from March 1997 to Nov.2000 were analyzed retrospectively.The detective rate of the localization methods of the intraocular foreign body were compared and the best operative pathway was performed.Results The detective rate were 21.9%(ophthalmoscope), 87.5% (X ray radiography),78.1%(B-scan ultrasonography),81.3%(CT-scan)respectively.Vitrectomy and the traditional surgical approach all had satisfactory result for extraction of the intraocular foreign body.Conclusion It could be more accurate to detect the intraocular foreign body by several localiztion together.It is a principle not to induce further injury to eye tissue and to synthetically analyze the position and the complications of the intraocular foreign body when surgical approach is selected.
