摘    要:
目的探讨miR-375在胃癌中的表达及其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法选取苏州大学附属第一医院2008年12月至2009年4月间经手术切除的原发性胃癌标本及癌旁组织标本各50例,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测miR-375的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 miR-375在胃癌组织中的表达相对于癌旁组织明显下调(P〈0.05),miR-375的表达与胃癌TNM分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移无关(P〉0.05)。结论 miR-375在胃癌组织中的表达降低,在胃癌发生发展中可能起到一定的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-375 in gastric cancer(GC) and its correlation with clinicopathoiogical features.Methods Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was applied to examine the expression of miR-375 in 50 primary GC specimens from patients who were diagnosed and operated on in the first hospital affiliated to Soochow University from 2008 to 2009,in comparison with the corresponding adjacent nontumor tissues.The reciprocal relationship between the expression of miRNAs and clinicopathoiogical features was analyzed.Results The expression of miR-375 expression was significantly decreased in gastric cancers compared with their nontumor counterparts from patients undergoing gastric resection.On the other hand,no significant relationship was found between the expression of miR-375 and clinicopathoiogical features.Conclusion MiR-375 expression was significantly decreased in gastric cancers,it is possible that miR-375 play a significant role in gastric carcinogenesis.
