摘    要:
[目的]建立一个血浆中甘草次酸浓度的测定方法。[方法]采用内标定量的反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-乙腈-水-醋酸(42:40:17:1)为流动相,色谱柱为C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长为254 nm。[结果]在0.25-2.5μg/ml浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9989)。日内差RSD为0.88%。日间差RSD2.33%。甘草次酸的方法回收率为93.16%。[结论]本方法具有简便、灵敏、快速而准确的特点,适用于甘草次酸的血药浓度测定。

Abstract:
[Objective] To optimize the HPLC conditions for measuring plasma concentration of the glycyrrhetinic acid. [ Methods] The RP-HPLC with internal labeling was employed. Methanol-acetonitrile-H2 O-acetic acid(42: 40: 17: 1) was used as mobile phase and C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) column as fixed phase, glycyrrhetinicacid was detected by HPLC at length 254 nm. [Results] A linear plot of serum glycyrrhetinicacid versus peak area was within the range of 0.25- 2.5 μg/ml( r = 0.9989) [Conclusions] The simple, rapid and sensitive HPLC conditions offers a method of plasma concentration of glycyrrhetinicacid.
