补中益气汤加减联合西药治疗缓解期支气管哮喘34例

目的:探讨补中益气汤加减联合西药治疗支气管哮喘缓解期临床疗效。方法:将支气管哮喘缓解期患者68例随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组采用补中益气汤加减联合西药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,比较两组治疗前后哮喘症状评分、肺功能、外周血嗜酸粒细胞的变化及不良反应。结果:治疗组在治疗后第5天、10天、15天时哮喘症状均较对照组同时期的明显降低(P0.05);治疗组治疗后肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)均较对照组同时期明显提高(P0.05);治疗后治疗组外周血嗜酸粒细胞水平明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:采用补中益气汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘缓解期脾肺虚型,临床疗效较单纯西药疗效更佳。

Treatment of 34 Cases of Bronchial Asthma in Remission Period with Tonify Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

Objective：To discuss the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma remission. Methods ：68 cases of patients with bronchial asthma remission were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there were 34 cases in each group. Treatment group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with western medicine,and control group were treated with western medicine. The changes of asthma symptom scores,pulmonary function,peripheral blood eosinophils before and after treatment,and adverse reaction of two groups were compared. Results ：The asth- ma symptoms in treatment group post-treatment 5 days,10 days,15 days decreased significantly than those in control group during the same period（P〈0.05）. The FVC,FEV1,PEF in treatment group significantly in- creased than those in control group during the same period. The peripheral blood eosinophils level was low er than those in control group during the same period （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of Buzhong Yiqi de coction combined with western medicine type,has better clinical effect than western in treatment of asthma remission of splebn and lung deficiency medicine treatment.
