| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨心率变异性与急性心梗预后的关系。方法 :测定 60例急性心梗患者心率变异性 (heartratevariabilityHRV)指标与 5 0例正常人进行比较。 结果 :急性心梗患者的心率变异性明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,HRV在心梗后心源性死亡组低于心梗后存活组。结论 :急性心梗早期心脏交感神经活动增强而迷走神经活动受抑制 ,HRV可作为确定心梗危险分层和预测心梗发生猝死危险的独立、有效指标 ,定期检测HRV对判断心梗预后有一定的临床价值 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relation between heart rate variability(HRV) and the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods: HRV was compared in 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 50 clinically matched controls. Result: HRV in 60 patients was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). HRV in cardiogenic death patients was lower than that in survivors of post-infarction. Conclusion: There is hyperergic of sympathetic nerve and hypoergic of vagus nerve in the early stage of acute myocardial infarction. HRV was found to be a sensitive and specific indicator of prediction for sudden death and determination for danger delaminating. Periodical monitoring of HRV has a clinical evaluation of prognosis after an acute myocardial infarction. |
