| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性及可行性。方法:选择剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者55例为观察组,选择50例单纯性剖宫产的产妇作为对照组进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组术中出血量、手术时间、术后24小时出血量、术后病率、术后住院时间比较,除手术时间延长,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其余各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术是安全、可行、有效的。
