摘    要:目的 考察天麻6种活性成分(天麻素、对羟基苯甲醇、香荚兰醇、巴利森苷A、巴利森苷B、巴利森苷C)与抗氧化活性的相关性.方法 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定天麻饮片中6种活性成分的含量;以1,1-二苯-2-苦基肼(DPPH)作为指标,采用HPLC法评价天麻饮片的抗氧化活性;利用EXCEL进行线性拟合,以相关系数评价活性成分与抗氧化活性的相关性.结果 6种活性成分1种或6种总含量与天麻DPPH清除率的线性相关系数均在0.0~0.2之间.结论 天麻6种活性成分与天麻抗氧化活性无明显相关性,可能存在其他有效清除自由基的成分,或者天麻的抗氧化活性可能是多种活性成分的协同作用.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the correlation between 6 active contents (gastrodin, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, vanillin,, parishin A, parishin B, parishin C) and antioxidant activity of Gastrodiae Rhizoma.Methods (1) The contents of 6 active components of Gastro? diae Rhizoma were detected by HPLC.(2) The antioxidant activity of Gastrodiae Rhizoma was evaluated by HPLC with DPPH as indicator. (3) The relationship between 6 active contents and antioxidant activity of Gastrodiae Rhizoma was evaluated by excel.Results The correlation coefficients between 1 or 6 active contents of Gastrodiae Rhizoma and scavenging rates of DPPH free radical by Gastrodiae Rhizoma were among 0.0-0.2.Conclusion There is no significant correlation between 6 active contents and antioxidant activity of Gas? trodiae Rhizoma. Antioxidant activity of Gastrodiae Rhizoma might be caused by other active contents, otherwise, the synergistic effect of several active contents.
