| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三维超声成像在胎儿嘴唇探测中的价值。方法 采用NAS-2000a全数字彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，对125例20-42周的胎儿嘴唇结构进行二维探测及三维超声重建。结果二维超声成像103例（82.4%)胎儿能获得满意的嘴唇结构图像。三维超声成像114例（91.2)胎儿能获得满意的嘴唇表面三维图像。结论三维超声成像可提高胎儿嘴唇探测的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical valu e for detecting the featal lip with three-dimensional ultrasonography(3-DUS). Methods A total of 125 fetuses at 20-42 gestational week s were studied using the multibean 3-D ultrasound system of Neusoft NAS-2000a .The methods included two-dimensional ultrasonography and surface mode of thre e-dimensional ultrasonography. Results Satisfactory 2-D images and 3-D images of the f etal lip were obtained in 103(82.4%) cases and 114(91.2%) cases respectively. Conclusions 3-DUS can improve the successful rate fo r detecting the fetal lip. |
