| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟参蛭黄方治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用治疗组(自拟参蛭黄方加灯盏花素配合非药物)治疗30例,与对照组(灯盏花素)24例,疗程20天,进行疗效对照。结果:治疗30天,两组治疗疗效均满意,治疗组总有效率85%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟参蛭黄方治疗脑中风后遗症安全有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acute cerebral infarction by Shenzhi-huang decoction. Method:30 cases in treatment group were treated by Shen-zhi-huang and injection of dengzhanhuasu and non drug treatment,24 cases in control group were treated only by injection of engzhanhuasu,clinical observation of the treatment course included 20 days.
